Please read these Terms before using the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Draft notice: placeholders such as the mailing address and contact email still need Luis’s confirmation, and this draft should be reviewed by a licensed Florida attorney before it goes live.

1. What we do

  • AllPoint helps travelers plan and arrange travel, including flights, hotels, tours, cruises, travel insurance, and related trip details. Depending on the service, we may research options, provide recommendations, submit booking requests, or help arrange reservations with airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, insurers, and other travel suppliers (“Travel Suppliers”).
  • Our services are subject to any separate service agreement, quote, booking confirmation, or supplier terms that apply to your trip. If a separate written agreement with AllPoint conflicts with these Site Terms, the separate agreement will control for the service it covers.

2. Booking requests, prices, and availability

  • A request, inquiry, quote, itinerary, or proposed reservation is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when AllPoint expressly confirms it to you and, where applicable, the Travel Supplier has accepted the reservation and required payment or other booking steps have been completed.
  • Prices, schedules, inventory, and availability may change until a booking is confirmed. We will communicate material changes to you when we become aware of them. After confirmation, changes, cancellations, refunds, and other conditions are generally governed by the applicable Travel Supplier’s rules and any terms provided to you for your booking.
  • Please review all booking details and supplier terms carefully before authorizing a purchase.

3. Travel Suppliers and third-party websites

  • Travel Suppliers independently operate and control their own services. They are responsible for providing those services, including their schedules, accommodations, activities, safety practices, and customer service. AllPoint may act as your agent in arranging travel when authorized to do so, but we do not own or control the services provided by Travel Suppliers and cannot guarantee their performance, availability, or conduct.
  • The Site may link to third-party websites or booking platforms. Those websites are not controlled by AllPoint, and their own terms, privacy policies, and booking rules apply when you use them. We are not responsible for third-party websites or their content, services, or practices.
  • Some links to third-party booking platforms may be affiliate links. If you make a booking through one of these links, AllPoint may receive a commission, generally at no additional cost to you. Please see our Affiliate Disclosure on the Site for more information.

4. Your travel documents and requirements

  • You are responsible for obtaining and carrying all documents and meeting all requirements needed for your trip. These may include passports, visas, transit permissions, entry or exit documents, vaccination records, health requirements, and other travel or identification documents. Requirements can vary by destination and may change.
  • Check current requirements with the relevant government authorities and Travel Suppliers before departure. AllPoint can help with travel planning, but we do not guarantee that you will meet the requirements for travel or entry to any destination.

5. Information on the Site; no professional advice

  • Site content is for general informational purposes and may not be complete, current, or suitable for your particular circumstances. It is not legal, medical, immigration, financial, or insurance advice. Consult the appropriate qualified professional or government authority for advice specific to your situation.

7. Intellectual property

  • The Site and its content—including text, design, graphics, logos, and other materials—are owned by AllPoint or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, publish, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission, except where the law allows.

8. Disclaimers and limits on liability

  • We work to keep the Site useful and available, but we do not promise that it will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • Travel involves circumstances outside AllPoint’s control, including weather, disruptions, supplier decisions, government actions, and changes to travel requirements. Travel Suppliers are responsible for the services they provide. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllPoint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from services provided by a Travel Supplier. This section does not limit liability where such a limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Changes to the Site or these Terms

  • We may update the Site or these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Changes apply from the date they are posted, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the Site.

10. Governing law and disputes

  • Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply. Any dispute concerning these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Florida, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in this section takes away rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
